Fat: 129.61g | Prot: 121.00g | Carb: 206.56g.   Breakfast:  Almond Milk, Coffee, Honey , Oatmeal, Organic Brown Flaxseeds, Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked), Organic Virgin Coconut Oil. Lunch:  Spicy Tuna Roll, Brown Rice Tortillas. Dinner:  Baked or Broiled Fish, Grape Seed Oil, Oranges, Brown Rice Tortillas. Snacks/Other:  Natural Almond Butter - Chocolate (Justin's Nut Butter), Apples, Blueberries, Walnuts, Red Table Wine, Strawberries, Fingerling Potatoes.
