Fat: 129.61g | Prot: 121.00g | Carb: 206.56g.   Breakfast:  Almond Milk, Coffee, Honey , Oatmeal, Organic Brown Flaxseeds, Organic Virgin Coconut Oil, Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked). Lunch:  Brown Rice Tortillas, Spicy Tuna Roll. Dinner:  Baked or Broiled Fish, Brown Rice Tortillas, Grape Seed Oil, Oranges. Snacks/Other:  Apples, Blueberries, Fingerling Potatoes, Natural Almond Butter - Chocolate (Justin's Nut Butter), Red Table Wine, Strawberries, Walnuts.
