Fat: 77.76g | Prot: 286.10g | Carb: 314.56g.   Breakfast:  Impact Whey Protein, Oats, Peanut Butter, Skim or Nonfat Milk (Calcium Fortified). Lunch:  Chicken Breast Fillets, Coconut Oil, Lighter Than Light Mayonnaise, Tuna in Water (Canned), Wholegrain Basmati. Dinner:  Bacon, Fried Egg without Fat, Natural Breadcrumbs, Spring Onions, Sweet Potato (without Skin, Cooked, Boiled). Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Cod Liver Fish Oil, Coffee with Milk.
