Fat: 57.42g | Prot: 97.32g | Carb: 246.10g.   Breakfast:  Greek Yogurt. Lunch:  6" Cheese & Egg Breakfast Sandwich, Apples, Chicken Noodle Soup, Pizza with Meat and Vegetables, Saltine Crackers. Dinner:  Macaroni & Beef, Peanut Butter, White Bread. Snacks/Other:  Popcorn (Low Fat and Sodium, Microwave).
