Dinner:  Fat Free Beef Franks, Mixed Vegetables (Drained Solids, Canned). Snacks/Other:  muscle optimeal, Orange Juice (Pulp Free), Organic Strawberries, Sea Salt n Vinegar, Throwback (Bottle).
