Fat: 61.21g | Prot: 77.12g | Carb: 85.11g.   Breakfast:  Egg, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), ready bacon, whole wheat english muffin thomas, 2% cheddar cheese, mocha hot chocolate. Lunch:  broccoli, cheddar cheese, ready bacon, miracle whip, babybel cheese, pistachios. Dinner:  Navels Oranges, ground turkey, franks sweet chili, fennel, celery, dijon mustard, deviled egg. Snacks/Other:  Mini Sweet Peppers.
