Fat: 64.10g | Prot: 91.74g | Carb: 197.30g.   Breakfast:  boiled egg, Chobani Lowfat Greek Yogurt - Strawberry/Banana, organic creamy peanut butter, whole grain bagel. Lunch:  baked salmon, brown rice, zucchini. Dinner:  Brocolli, Red potatoes - small, Ribeye Steak - raw. Snacks/Other:  Banana, Planters Nutrition nuts.
