Fat: 43.44g | Prot: 107.48g | Carb: 80.29g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk (Semi-Skimmed Milk), Coffee, Total Protein Plus Vanilla. Lunch:  Avocado, Barley, Pecan Nuts, Tomatoes, Tuna in Water (Canned). Snacks/Other:  Coffee with Milk, Egg, Sliced Ham, Stone Mill Wholemeal Bread.
