Fat: 62.83g | Prot: 75.69g | Carb: 231.52g.   Breakfast:  Almonds, Craisins, Lite Syrup, Oatmeal (Fat Added in Cooking). Lunch:  Black Forest Ham, Mayonnaise, Sandwich Thins - Honey Wheat, Tortilla Chips. Dinner:  Baked Sweetpotato (Peel Eaten), Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs, Butter (Salted), Hawaiian Sweet Rolls, Organic Apple Sauce with Cinnamon, Yellow Sweet Corn. Snacks/Other:  Raisins (Seedless).
