Fat: 62.83g | Prot: 75.69g | Carb: 231.52g.   Breakfast:  Lite Syrup, Almonds, Craisins, Oatmeal (Fat Added in Cooking). Lunch:  Mayonnaise, Black Forest Ham, Sandwich Thins - Honey Wheat, Tortilla Chips. Dinner:  Baked Sweetpotato (Peel Eaten), Yellow Sweet Corn, Organic Apple Sauce with Cinnamon, Hawaiian Sweet Rolls, Butter (Salted), Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs. Snacks/Other:  Raisins (Seedless).
