Fat: 74.56g | Prot: 96.23g | Carb: 266.49g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk, Greek Yogurt, Oatmeal Squares Cereal - Golden Maple, Toasted Cinnamon Bread. Lunch:  Chargrilled Chicken Sandwich, Cream of Chicken or Turkey Soup, Waffle Potato Fries (Medium). Dinner:  Cream of Chicken or Turkey Soup, Ginger Snap Cookies, Pumpkin Cookie. Snacks/Other:  Almonds, Assorted Flavors Candy Rolls, Oil Popped Popcorn (Microwaved), Simply Naked Pita Chips.
