Fat: 106.82g | Prot: 104.53g | Carb: 90.69g.   Breakfast:  egg, ham water added, sharp cheddar, bran blueberry muffin. Lunch:  salmon, pinto beans, egg, spring mix, cheese, ranch dressing, mushrooms, cherry tomato. Dinner:  bread, chicken, provolone, pesto, italian chop salad. Snacks/Other:  Protein Bar - Chocolate Peanut Butter.
