Fat: 106.82g | Prot: 104.53g | Carb: 90.69g.   Breakfast:  bran blueberry muffin, egg, ham water added, sharp cheddar. Lunch:  cheese, cherry tomato, egg, mushrooms, pinto beans, ranch dressing, salmon, spring mix. Dinner:  bread, chicken, italian chop salad, pesto, provolone. Snacks/Other:  Protein Bar - Chocolate Peanut Butter.
