Fat: 48.35g | Prot: 92.88g | Carb: 169.58g.   Breakfast:  blueberries, quaker instant oatmeal weight control, milk, Chocolate Chip Cookie. Lunch:  Alpine Valley Multi Grain Bread, columbus herb roasted turkey breast, manchego cheese. Dinner:  chicken drumstick, italian dressing, Mixed Salad Greens, lundberg wild blend rice. Snacks/Other:  fit meal replacement, Cocoa Roasted Almonds.
