Fat: 69.29g | Prot: 98.93g | Carb: 232.11g.   Breakfast:  Baby Bella Mushrooms, Chunky Salsa, Egg, Egg White, Fat Free French Vanilla, Finely Shredded Mexican Style Cheese, Milk (Nonfat), Pico De Gallo Salsa. Lunch:  Chunky Salsa, Light Bologna, Tostitos Scoops, White Bread. Dinner:  Blueberries, Cashew Nuts, Cherry Tomatoes, Cranberries, Dry Roasted Hulled Sunflower Seeds, Gatorade Frost Glacier Freeze 6 Gallon Canister, Kale, Red Onions, Sweet 'N Sour Dressing. Snacks/Other:  Bagel Thins - 100% Whole Wheat, Breton Reduced Fat & Sodium Crackers, Lactose Sugar Free Light Chocolate Shake, Reduced Fat Creamy Peanut Butter (Skippy), White Zinfandel.
