Horrible eating over the weekend. Need to concentrate on eating this week and getting in weight workouts.

Fat: 41.46g | Prot: 96.94g | Carb: 155.48g.   Breakfast:  100% Pure & Natural Orange Juice, Squeeze Strawberry Fruit Spread, Toasted Whole Wheat Bread, Turkey Sausage Patty. Lunch:  Italian Salad Dressing, Lasagna with Meat and Spinach, Mixed Salad Greens. Dinner:  Johns Seasoned Tilapia, Steamers Whole Grain Brown Rice. Snacks/Other:  Snack Cracker.
