Fat: 101.32g | Prot: 107.60g | Carb: 218.34g.   Breakfast:  100% Pineapple Juice (Can), Golden Delicious Apples, Bananas , Croissant, Fully Cooked Sausage Patties. Lunch:  Chicken or Turkey Salad, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Winter Blend Vegetables, Captain's Wafers Light & Buttery Crackers. Dinner:  Flame Grilled Chicken Wing, Baked Beans, Southern Style Potato Salad, Baby Back Pork Ribs with Original BBQ Sauce. Snacks/Other:  Pineapple .
