Dinner:  96% Fat Free Heart Healthy Flour Tortillas, Center - Cut NY Strip Steak, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Side Salad without Dressing, Sopapilla. Snacks/Other:  Light Beer (Can), Ranger IPA.
