Fat: 71.28g | Prot: 133.47g | Carb: 221.95g.   Breakfast:  Skimmed Milk (100ml serving), Shreddies (40g serving), Coffee with Milk. Lunch:  lettuce, mayo, ham, hovis, olive spread, lettuce, mayo, ham, hovis, olive spread, Grapes. Dinner:  chicken breast, spanish sausage, green pepper, onion, muller light cherry. Snacks/Other:  banana, ryvita thin, Blue Cheese, coffee.
