Fat: 71.28g | Prot: 133.47g | Carb: 221.95g.   Breakfast:  Coffee with Milk, Shreddies (40g serving), Skimmed Milk (100ml serving). Lunch:  Grapes, ham, ham, hovis, hovis, lettuce, lettuce, mayo, mayo, olive spread, olive spread. Dinner:  chicken breast, green pepper, muller light cherry, onion, spanish sausage. Snacks/Other:  banana, Blue Cheese, coffee, ryvita thin.
