Fat: 74.49g | Prot: 60.77g | Carb: 197.23g.   Breakfast:  1% Fat Milk, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Honey Nut Cheerios, No Calorie Sweetener Packets. Lunch:  6" Oven Roasted Chicken Breast, Fat Free Honey Mustard, Garden Veggie Straws - Sea Salt, Pepperjack Cheese. Dinner:  Baked or Fried Coated Chicken Thigh Skinless, Breaded Mushrooms, Garlic Fries, Original Dressing.
