Fat: 86.90g | Prot: 142.15g | Carb: 213.01g.   Breakfast:  Coffee with Milk and Sugar, Frosted Mini-Wheats Bite Size - Original, Whole Milk. Lunch:  Sonic Burger with Ketchup. Dinner:  Baked or Broiled Salmon, Butter , Cheddar Cheese . Snacks/Other:  Builders Bar (Peanut Butter).
