Fat: 53.95g | Prot: 91.37g | Carb: 217.10g.   Breakfast:  Hennepzaad , Blauwe Bessen, Oatmeal, Geitenyoghurt Moment, Apples (Without Skin). Lunch:  Pistolets Meergranen , Naturel, Gouda Cheese , Forel Filet Gerookt. Dinner:  Avocados, Couscous (Cooked), Chicken Breast, Broccoli, Dried Prune. Snacks/Other:  Bananas , Mandarijnen.
