Fat: 60.99g | Prot: 86.63g | Carb: 243.00g.   Breakfast:  Black Forest Ham, English Muffin, lotus biscoff cookie, Swiss Cheese. Lunch:  Hamburger on Bun, Mushrooms, Pickles, Sweet Potato Fries, Swiss Cheese, Tomatoes, Unsweetened Iced Tea. Dinner:  Chicken Drumstick, Chicken Thigh, Cooked Mixed Vegetables (Corn, Lima Beans, Peas, Green Beans and Carrots, Fat Added in Cooking, Gourmet Hot Cocoa Mix - Belgian Dark Chocolate, White Rice (Short-Grain, Cooked). Snacks/Other:  Cafe Mocha.
