Fat: 60.99g | Prot: 86.63g | Carb: 243.00g.   Breakfast:  English Muffin, Swiss Cheese, Black Forest Ham, lotus biscoff cookie. Lunch:  Hamburger on Bun, Mushrooms, Swiss Cheese, Sweet Potato Fries, Pickles, Tomatoes, Unsweetened Iced Tea. Dinner:  White Rice (Short-Grain, Cooked), Chicken Thigh, Chicken Drumstick, Cooked Mixed Vegetables (Corn, Lima Beans, Peas, Green Beans and Carrots, Fat Added in Cooking, Gourmet Hot Cocoa Mix - Belgian Dark Chocolate. Snacks/Other:  Cafe Mocha.
