Fat: 104.68g | Prot: 112.44g | Carb: 228.59g.   Breakfast:  Oatmeal. Lunch:  Herb Mayonnaise, Tomatoes, Deli Turkey or Chicken Breast Meat, Red Onions, Red Leaf Lettuce, Multigrain Bread, Muenster Cheese. Dinner:  Garlic Bread, Roasted Garlic and Basil Chicken Meatballs, Fettuccine Alfredo. Snacks/Other:  Oatmeal Cookies (with Raisins), Bananas Foster.
