Fat: 36.06g | Prot: 84.17g | Carb: 157.64g.   Breakfast:  All Natural Breakfast Bars, Crockpot Chicken Chili, Grapefruit, Parmesan Chips. Lunch:  Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 2% Milkfat) , Pineapple. Dinner:  Cream of Tomato Soup (Prepared with Milk), Sour Dough Bread, Tuna Fish Salad. Snacks/Other:  Apples.
