Fat: 33.21g | Prot: 82.26g | Carb: 206.77g.   Breakfast:  Mini Breaks, Pink Lady Apples, Red Grapes. Lunch:  Baby Beetroot, Cheese and Onion, Cottage Cheese, Fat Free Yoghurt Drink, Lettuce, Shapers Salted Popcorn, Sweet Onions, Tomatoes, Turkey Breast Chunks. Dinner:  Baked Potato (Peel Eaten), Chicken/Ham Tangle Pie, Cooked Yellow Corn (from Frozen, Fat Not Added in Cooking), Double Chocolate Brownies, Green Peas. Snacks/Other:  Belgian Choc Hot Chocolate, Caramel Rice Cake.
