Fat: 75.07g | Prot: 95.24g | Carb: 181.72g.   Breakfast:  Blackberries, Egg, Pita. Lunch:  Baked lays, Subway oven roasted chicken salad. Dinner:  Coconut milk, Crinkle Cut Sweet Potato Fries, Feta, Grapes, Lemon juice, Mushrooms, Olive oil, Peppers, Pork loin, Super greens. Snacks/Other:  All Natural Vanilla Fudge Twirl Ice Cream, Beef jerkey, Caffe Latte with Soy (Venti), Ghiradelli 70% cacao chips.
