Fat: 75.07g | Prot: 95.24g | Carb: 181.72g.   Breakfast:  Pita, Blackberries, Egg. Lunch:  Subway oven roasted chicken salad, Baked lays. Dinner:  Pork loin, Crinkle Cut Sweet Potato Fries, Feta, Lemon juice, Olive oil, Super greens, Grapes, Coconut milk, Peppers, Mushrooms. Snacks/Other:  Caffe Latte with Soy (Venti), All Natural Vanilla Fudge Twirl Ice Cream, Ghiradelli 70% cacao chips, Beef jerkey.
