Fat: 59.41g | Prot: 80.50g | Carb: 227.74g.   Breakfast:  cvs calcium chew, cvs hair skin nails vitamin, hydroxycut gummies, mesquite smoked turkey breast, nature's bounty D-400 IU, One A Day Vitacraves gummies, orange juice, ozarka water, prenatal vitamin. Lunch:  baby carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing, lipton sweet tea, spaghetti & meat. Dinner:  broccoli, cauliflower, cucumber, dole baby spinach, Healthy Choice Lemon Pepper Fish, ken's steakhouse lite caesar dressing, kroger mozzerella shredded cheese, lipton sweetened tea, mesquite smoked turkey, romaine lettuce. Snacks/Other:  butter seasoning popcorn, Peanut Chocolate M&Ms, popcorn smart.
