Fat: 52.43g | Prot: 81.15g | Carb: 329.38g.   Breakfast:  Fresh ground dry roasted almond butter, Lemon Juice, MEDAGLIA D'ORO INST COF, Nonfat Skim Milk, Water, Whole Wheat English Muffins. Lunch:  Kind Plus Pomegranate Blueberry Pistachio Bar, MEDAGLIA D'ORO INST COF, North African Chickpeas, Organic Almond Milk - Unsweetened, Water, Water. Dinner:  Cabbage, fuji apple, Less Sodium Soy Sauce, Turkey Enchilada Casserole, water, whole wheat banana nut muffins with oat bran. Snacks/Other:  Chewy Bars - Oats & Chocolate, dried plum, Low Fat Ice Cream Bars - Chocolate Truffle.
