Fat: 52.43g | Prot: 81.15g | Carb: 329.38g.   Breakfast:  Water, MEDAGLIA D'ORO INST COF, Fresh ground dry roasted almond butter, Whole Wheat English Muffins, Nonfat Skim Milk, Lemon Juice. Lunch:  North African Chickpeas, Water, Kind Plus Pomegranate Blueberry Pistachio Bar, Water, Organic Almond Milk - Unsweetened, MEDAGLIA D'ORO INST COF. Dinner:  Turkey Enchilada Casserole, fuji apple, Cabbage, Less Sodium Soy Sauce, whole wheat banana nut muffins with oat bran, water. Snacks/Other:  Chewy Bars - Oats & Chocolate, dried plum, Low Fat Ice Cream Bars - Chocolate Truffle.
