Fat: 44.65g | Prot: 37.05g | Carb: 139.94g.   Breakfast:  Peaches, Steel Cut Oats, French Vanilla Liquid Coffee Creamer, Pure Almond Milk - Original. Lunch:  Hamburger with Tomato and/or Catsup on Bun, Deep Fried Potato French Fries (from Frozen). Dinner:  Vegetable Soup (Canned, Condensed), Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Dinner Rolls. Snacks/Other:  Dry Roasted Salted Peanuts.
