Fat: 67.96g | Prot: 65.50g | Carb: 239.15g.   Breakfast:  70% Cacao, Bananas, Cherry, Fuji Apples. Dinner:  Avocados, Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, Chickpeas with Spinach, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Lettuce Salad with Cheese, Tomato and/or Carrots, Salmon. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Extra Dark, Gala Apples, Greek Yogurt 2%, Persimmon, Raisins (Seedless).
