Fat: 38.07g | Prot: 66.83g | Carb: 184.57g.   Breakfast:  Skim Milk, Low Fat Turkey Bacon, Water (Bottled), MultiVites Gummy Vitamins, kraft 2% cheese singles, instant grits. Lunch:  water, Special K Cracker Chips - Sour Cream and Onion, lean cuisine cheese. Dinner:  Homemade Pizza, water. Snacks/Other:  water, motts apple sauce, special k shake, Lil Squares, EggWhite & 2% Cheese Sandwich.
