Fat: 38.07g | Prot: 66.83g | Carb: 184.57g.   Breakfast:  instant grits, kraft 2% cheese singles, Low Fat Turkey Bacon, MultiVites Gummy Vitamins, Skim Milk, Water (Bottled). Lunch:  lean cuisine cheese, Special K Cracker Chips - Sour Cream and Onion, water. Dinner:  Homemade Pizza, water. Snacks/Other:  EggWhite & 2% Cheese Sandwich, Lil Squares, motts apple sauce, special k shake, water.
