Fat: 34.80g | Prot: 47.98g | Carb: 110.20g.   Breakfast:  double tall 2% Peppermint Latte, Tap Water, Organic 1% Low Fat Milk, Cheerios. Lunch:  Chicken & Wild Rice Soup Organic, Tap Water. Dinner:  Long Grain & Wild Rice Original, Basil Pesto Tilapia, Brussels Sprouts, Coconut Oil, Cabernet Sauvignon Wine . Snacks/Other:  Espresso Coffee, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A).
