Fat: 34.80g | Prot: 47.98g | Carb: 110.20g.   Breakfast:  Cheerios, double tall 2% Peppermint Latte, Organic 1% Low Fat Milk, Tap Water. Lunch:  Chicken & Wild Rice Soup Organic, Tap Water. Dinner:  Basil Pesto Tilapia, Brussels Sprouts, Cabernet Sauvignon Wine , Coconut Oil, Long Grain & Wild Rice Original. Snacks/Other:  Espresso Coffee, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A).
