Lunch:  Arroz Branco Cozido, Feijão preto, cozido, Filé mignon, Pão light 7 grãos. Dinner:  Dextrose Probiotica, Glutamine 5000, Pão light 7 grãos, Whey Protein 3W, Whey protein Nutri Health. Snacks/Other:  Aveia, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Ketchup, Óleo de coco, Pão light 7 grãos, Polenghi Cremoso Light, Presunto cozido sem capa de gordura, Whey Protein 3W.
