Fat: 21.21g | Prot: 29.31g | Carb: 185.96g.   Breakfast:  Half and Half Cream, Twelve Grain Bread, Orange Juice , White Sugar (Granulated or Lump), Coffee (Brewed From Grounds) . Lunch:  cauliflower, Baby Carrots, broccoli. Dinner:  Yogurt, Strawberries, Tea with Milk and Sugar. Snacks/Other:  orange, granny, Croque Nature Grains Anciens, Coffee with Cream and Sugar.
