Fat: 21.21g | Prot: 29.31g | Carb: 185.96g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds) , Half and Half Cream, Orange Juice , Twelve Grain Bread, White Sugar (Granulated or Lump). Lunch:  Baby Carrots, broccoli, cauliflower. Dinner:  Strawberries, Tea with Milk and Sugar, Yogurt. Snacks/Other:  Coffee with Cream and Sugar, Croque Nature Grains Anciens, granny, orange.
