Fat: 94.04g | Prot: 253.22g | Carb: 217.22g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, Half and Half Cream, Sugar, Five Alarm Santa Fe Egg White Omlette, Fresh Fruit (Side), Sausage Link, 100% Whey Protein Powder Gold Standard - Cookies and Cream, Quick Oats, Lowfat 2% Milk, Bananas. Lunch:  Diet Pepsi (Bottle), American Singles, Pita bread, Ground Beef (85% Lean / 15% Fat). Dinner:  Tilapia Fillets (Frozen), Refried Beans with Cheese. Snacks/Other:  Lowfat 2% Milk, 100% Whey Protein Powder Gold Standard - Cookies and Cream, Oikos Greek Nonfat Yogurt - Vanilla (Container).
