Lunch:  American Singles, Diet Pepsi (Bottle), Ground Beef (85% Lean / 15% Fat), Pita bread. Dinner:  Refried Beans with Cheese, Tilapia Fillets (Frozen). Snacks/Other:  100% Whey Protein Powder Gold Standard - Cookies and Cream, Lowfat 2% Milk, Oikos Greek Nonfat Yogurt - Vanilla (Container).
