Fat: 20.91g | Prot: 55.66g | Carb: 104.40g.   Breakfast:  chobani greek yogurt - blueberry, boiled egg, whole grain bagel, organic creamy peanut butter. Lunch:  baked salmon, zucchini, brown rice. Dinner:  mixed vegetables, frozen.
