Fat: 25.64g | Prot: 80.32g | Carb: 181.72g.   Breakfast:  100% Fruit & Veg Juice Smoothie - Berry Veggie, Milk (Nonfat) , Stuffed Green Olives, Total 0% Greek Yogurt with Blueberry. Lunch:  Black Beans, oikos nonfat greek yogurt (blueberry), Skinless Chicken Breast. Dinner:  Carrot Cake Cupcake, Multi-Grain Crackers. Snacks/Other:  Dark Chocolate Nutrition Bar - Almond, Peppermint Pattie (Fun Size).
