Dinner:  Avocados, Cherry Tomato, Cucumber (with Peel), Endive, Chicory, Escarole or Romaine Lettuce, Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing, Monterey Jack Cheese, roast chicken breast, Spinach. Snacks/Other:  Blackberries, Calcium, Day Break Peanut Butter Fudge Crisp Bar, Diet Mountain Dew (Can), Fish Oil Omega 3, Large Curd Cottage Cheese, Water.
