Fat: 45.70g | Prot: 83.22g | Carb: 177.30g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), Uattro Protein Powder. Lunch:  Black Forest Ham, Mayonnaise, Sandwich Thins - Honey Wheat. Dinner:  French Onion Soup (without Cheese & Croutons), Meatballs. Snacks/Other:  Cabernet Sauvignon Wine, Pineapple (Solids and Liquids, Light Syrup Pack, Canned), Raisins, Sweetened Dried Coconut Meat.
