Fat: 57.55g | Prot: 49.72g | Carb: 92.27g.   Breakfast:  Egg, Shredded Hash Browns, Strawberries, Vermont Maple Syrup Breakfast Sausage. Lunch:  Bell Peppers, Diced Tomatoes, Ground Turkey, Kidney Beans (Canned), Spinach. Dinner:  Avocados, Baby Spinach, Refried Black Beans, vegetarian, Sour Cream, Tomatoes. Snacks/Other:  Goldfish Original Crackers, Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese.
