Fat: 24.23g | Prot: 48.52g | Carb: 88.79g.   Breakfast:  Soy Milk, Cereal, Boiled Egg. Lunch:  Rice Noodles (Cooked), Lean or Extra Lean Ground Beef Meatballs. Dinner:  Cooked Broccoli (from Fresh), Bell Peppers, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Zucchini. Snacks/Other:  Grapefruit, Clementines.
