Fat: 79.48g | Prot: 150.64g | Carb: 248.09g.   Breakfast:  Multivitamin/Multimineral Supplement, Omega-3, melon, Multihealth Fiber. Lunch:  tuna macaroni salad, atlantic farmed salmon, vermicelli, tomato, 93/7 ground beef, Gorgonzola Cheese, chi chi's salsa, coffee. Dinner:  Organic Raw Blue Agave Syrup, barilla angel hair, coleman natural, Pennsylvania Dutchman Sliced Mushrooms, All Natural Marinara Sauce, Parmesan Cheese (Shredded), Milk (2% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A). Snacks/Other:  Adonia Greek Frozen Yogurt, Chocolate Chip Cookies (Lower Fat).
