Fat: 79.48g | Prot: 150.64g | Carb: 248.09g.   Breakfast:  melon, Multihealth Fiber, Multivitamin/Multimineral Supplement, Omega-3. Lunch:  93/7 ground beef, atlantic farmed salmon, chi chi's salsa, coffee, Gorgonzola Cheese, tomato, tuna macaroni salad, vermicelli. Dinner:  All Natural Marinara Sauce, barilla angel hair, coleman natural, Milk (2% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), Organic Raw Blue Agave Syrup, Parmesan Cheese (Shredded), Pennsylvania Dutchman Sliced Mushrooms. Snacks/Other:  Adonia Greek Frozen Yogurt, Chocolate Chip Cookies (Lower Fat).
