Fat: 95.87g | Prot: 121.40g | Carb: 216.64g.   Breakfast:  banana, Hash Browns, light cream. Lunch:  broccoli, brown rice, carrot, cedars black bean, chicken breast, cooking sherry, corn starch, green onion, peanut oil, sesame seeds, soy sauce, sugar, thin mints. Dinner:  egg, milk, olive oil, panko , thin mints, Tilapia (Fish). Snacks/Other:  deli turkey, mini pretzels, reeses mini, sabra hummus.
