Fat: 95.87g | Prot: 121.40g | Carb: 216.64g.   Breakfast:  Hash Browns, light cream, banana. Lunch:  chicken breast, soy sauce, sesame seeds, brown rice, green onion, peanut oil, broccoli, carrot, sugar, cooking sherry, corn starch, thin mints, cedars black bean. Dinner:  Tilapia (Fish), olive oil, panko , egg, thin mints, milk. Snacks/Other:  sabra hummus, mini pretzels, deli turkey, reeses mini.
