Fat: 79.78g | Prot: 65.42g | Carb: 195.29g.   Breakfast:  Chewy Bars - Oats & Caramel. Lunch:  Bacon (Cured, Pan-Fried, Cooked) , Cooked Egg White, Home Fries, Jelly (All Flavors), Sliced Ham (Extra Lean) , Toasted 100% Whole Wheat Bread. Dinner:  7 Grain Bread, Beef Tenderloin (Trimmed to 1/4" Fat, Prime Grade) , Brownie, Cooked Asparagus (from Fresh), Olive Oil, Rice Pilaf. Snacks/Other:  Fiber Bars - Oats & Chocolate, French Salad Dressing.
