Dinner: 7 Grain Bread, Beef Tenderloin (Trimmed to 1/4" Fat, Prime Grade) , Brownie, Cooked Asparagus (from Fresh), Olive Oil, Rice Pilaf. Snacks/Other: Fiber Bars - Oats & Chocolate, French Salad Dressing.
