Fat: 12.21g | Prot: 64.17g | Carb: 120.37g.   Breakfast:  Egg White, English Breakfast Tea, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), Turkey Bacon. Lunch:  6" Turkey Breast, Smart Fries - Jalapeno Heat. Dinner:  Chicken Tenderloins, Grapes (Red or Green, European Type Varieties Such As Thompson Seedless), Red Potatoes (Flesh and Skin). Snacks/Other:  Light String Cheese.
