Fat: 23.87g | Prot: 42.54g | Carb: 140.55g.   Breakfast:  Basic Four Cereal, Coffee, PRAIRIE FARMS 2% REDUCED FAT MILK. Lunch:  yoplait light strawberries . Dinner:  Fresh Mixers Seasame Teriyaki Chicken. Snacks/Other:  Black Forest Ham Slices, Cheddar Cheese.
