Lunch:  4% Cheese, Apples, Ciabatta Baguette, Dairy Milk, Excellence Ecuador 75% Dark, Ham Organic, Sweet Red Peppers (Solids and Liquids, Canned). Dinner:  4% Cheese, Cauliflower, Cherry Tomatoes, Egg, Excellence 70% Cacao, Grapes (Red or Green, European Type Varieties Such As Thompson Seedless), Oil and Vinegar Salad Dressing (Home Recipe), Palm Hearts, Pizza with Meat and Vegetables. Snacks/Other:  Black Olives, Garden Cocktail Low Sodium-Gg, Rice Cakes.
