Fat: 97.43g | Prot: 102.10g | Carb: 376.26g.   Breakfast:  whole wheat, turkery ham, vanilla soy milk , Goodbelly. Lunch:  cheese burger, apple, fries, orange, apple. Dinner:  whole wheat, turkey ham, Blackberries, coconut water. Snacks/Other:  trail mix, chocolate.
