Fat: 65.37g | Prot: 68.74g | Carb: 219.33g.   Breakfast:  1% Fat Milk, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Honey Nut Cheerios, No Calorie Sweetener Packets. Lunch:  Black Beans, Fat Free Sour Cream, Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Flour Tortillas (Fajita Size), Low Moisture Part Skim Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, Seasoned Steak Strips, Spanish Rice. Dinner:  Craisins Dried Cranberries, Italian Salad Dressing, Seasoned Herb Croutons. Snacks/Other:  Nacho Cheese Tortilla Chips.
