Fat: 76.81g | Prot: 86.99g | Carb: 297.45g.   Breakfast:  Shoprite Bagel, cream cheese, tropicana orange juice. Lunch:  carrabbas bread, olive oil, Seafood Cannelloni, Minestrone Soup (Home Recipe), Chow Mein Teriyaki Beef Flavor. Dinner:  wholey pollock fillets, redpack diced tomatoes, friendly's maple walnut, zucchini, wolffs kasha.
