Fat: 84.88g | Prot: 117.34g | Carb: 233.98g.   Breakfast:  Uovo all'occhio di Bue, Prosciutto Crudo, Roggenkraft. Lunch:  Carne Macinata di Maiale (Cotta), Patate (Polpa, Salate, Bollite). Dinner:  Roggenvollkornschrotbrot, Petto di Pollo Fritto senza Pastella (Mangiato senza Pelle), Zucchine Cotte (da Fresche), Carote Cotte, Lardo, Prosciutto Crudo, Barbabietole (Sgocciolate, in Scatola). Snacks/Other:  Miele, Latte Intero, yogurt, Pane di Segale, Almonds.
