Fat: 53.53g | Prot: 53.92g | Carb: 204.31g.   Breakfast:  Irish Style Oatmeal, Raisins. Lunch:  Roasted Vegetable Thin Crust Pizza. Dinner:  Balsamic Vinaigrette, Butternut Winter Squash , Lettuce Salad with Avocado, Tomato, and/or Carrots, Naked Chik'n Cutlets, Olive Oil , Sweet Potato . Snacks/Other:  Mini Chocolate Chip Cookies.
